This session is the self-help portion of the agenda. It acknowledges the difficulty of dealing with the intense demands of today’s business climate and the pitfalls that exist when striving to attain huge goals. Three practices will be introduced (Slow Down, Name the Source, Let Go) to empower marketers and leaders to help themselves and their teams to operate with a more thoughtful and measured approach to the way they run their business and their lives.
Ethan Zoubek is Chief Revenue Officer at Emma, a leading email marketing software company. He has twenty years of experience as an entrepreneur and sales leader in SaaS technologies. Prior to Emma, Ethan was an enterprise sales leader at Krux Digital and ExactTarget (both acquired by Salesforce). Ethan attended Rutgers College at Rutgers University, earning a degree in English literature. He lives in Boulder, Colorado with his wife and three children, and is an active advisor and mentor at Boomtown Accelerator. He also makes an excellent red-chili pepper glaze.
